Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. mushrooms
    2 qt. water
    mushroom base to taste
    2 scallions, diced
    2 tsp. thyme
    1 c. red wine
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook mushrooms and water for 20 minutes.
    Add wine, base, scallions and thyme.
    Melt butter; add flour.
    Cook for 5 minutes. Whip flour and butter into mushroom broth until thickens.
    Turn off heat; whip in sour cream.
