Cream Of Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. melted margarine
3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. each: milk and light cream
6 c. finely chopped, cooked chicken
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Blend margarine and flour in large saucepan.
Stir in milk, cream and broth gradually.
Cook until thickened and bubbly. Stirring constantly, add chicken and seasonings.
Heat to serving temperature.
Ladle into soup bowls.
Garnish with minced chives or parsley.
Makes 12 to 15 servings.
