Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix well the 3 cups nuts with mixture.
Drop on greased cookie sheet
1-inch apart.
Cook 30 minutes at 250\u00b0.
Do not open
oven door
while
cooking!
Turn
off oven and leave 30 minutes.
Pour out
on wax paper and cool.
Store in airtight container.
