Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
1/4 c. Ricotta
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Soften butter; add Ricotta and blend with fork until creamy. Add vanilla and sugar and beat well.
Add egg and mix.
Add remaining ingredients and blend.
Place 1 teaspoon each on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 (or more) minutes.
