Dilly Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Active Dry Yeast
    1/4 c. warm water (110~-115~)
    1 c. cottage cheese, lukewarm
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. dill seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 unbeaten egg
    2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in water; set aside.
    In mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, & egg. Mix until blended.
    Stir in yeast.
    Gradually add flour to form stiff dough.
    Cover & let rise in warm place for 1 hour.
    Stir down dough.
    Turn into well greased 8-inch round casserole about 1 1/2 qt. size.
    Let rise 40 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35-45 minutes. Brush with butter.
    Cut into wedges to serve.
