Stuffed Meat Rolls(Very Good) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. hot shortening
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, milk, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Pat mixture into 4-inch squares.
    Cook celery and onion in butter or margarine until tender but not brown.
    Add bread crumbs; mix well. Season.
