Weezie'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. dried onion
1 can chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. bread crumbs or crushed corn flakes
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and put into 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with 1/2 cup melted butter and (optional) 2 cups crushed corn flakes or bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
