Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cooked raisins
    1 Tbsp. hot water
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt, egg yolks, flour, vanilla and sour cream. Cook to desired consistency; add 1 tablespoon hot water, if needed.
    Add raisins and nuts to mixture.
    Pour into pie crust. Beat egg whites for meringue; spoon on filling.
    Bake until brown.
