Traditional Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 cup canned sweet potatoes
    2/3 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
    1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    2 1/4 teaspoons grown cloves
    1/4 teaspoon grown nutmeg
    1 1/4 cup evaporated milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Combine eggs, sweet potato, sugar and spices in mixer.
    Pour into crust and bake for 45 minutes or until knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
