Lime Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) lime gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. low-fat cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 miniature marshmallows
    13 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and lemon juice. Add softened cream cheese; mix until well blended. Chill until almost firm. Fold in marshmallows, pineapple, coconut and nuts (about 2 hours). Mix again. Pour into mold. Chill until firm.
