Lemon Fluff Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham crackers, crushed
1 c. skim Pet milk (large can)
1/2 c. lemon juice and rind
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. sugar (or equivalent Equal)
Preparation

Mix a cup of hot water with a package of Jell-O.
Add juice and rind; let cool but not set.
Beat milk until stiff (will not peak like egg whites but will be light and fluffy).
Add sugar or Equal.
Add Jell-O mixture and beat stiff again.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs and chill.
