Pork Vegetable Stir-Fry(For 1) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. lean pork, cut 1/8 x 1-inch
1/2 c. bell pepper, cut 1/2 x 1/2-inch
1/2 c. broccoli, cut 1/2 x 1/2-inch
1/2 c. onion
1 medium carrot, in 1/8-inch slices
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 celery stalk, in 1/4-inch slices
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. prepared rice
1 tsp. hot sauce (if spicy flavor is desired with soy sauce)
Preparation

In 8-inch skillet with lid, place vegetable oil and meat. Cook on medium heat until brown (do not overcook).
When meat is ready, turn heat to high and add vegetables and garlic.
Stir to mix, then cover and let steam.
Check and stir occasionally.
