Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn, drain off half of the liquid
1 can cream-style corn
1 c. sour cream
1 stick melted butter or margarine
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in a buttered glass casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
