Potato Soup(Slow Cooker) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, cut into bite size
    1 large onion, diced
    3 carrots, cut
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    5 c. water
Preparation
    Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or cook on High for 3 to 4 hours.
    Stir in evaporated milk the last hour.
