1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 sticks oleo
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. 10x sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
2 small boxes instant butterscotch pudding
3 c. milk
graham cracker crumbs (optional)
Preparation

Mix flour, oleo and nuts. Spread in 13 x 9-inch pan and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool.
Cream the cream cheese and 10x sugar. Fold in the Cool Whip; then spread over crust.
