Fideo(Mexican Spaghetti) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. coil fideo (vermicelli)
2 cans chicken broth
1 onion, diced and sauteed
1 (4 oz.) can diced Ortega chilies
1 lb. hamburger
1 (#28) can tomatoes
1 (#4) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
1 c. water
Preparation

Mash or shred fideo and set aside.
Saute onion and set aside. Fry hamburger, drain and set aside.
Open tomatoes and set aside. Open chilies and set aside.
Open broth and set aside.
