Salmon Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. milk
    1 c. quick cooking rice
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained
    4 oz. cubed Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c. French fried onions
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. pimentos
Preparation
    Stir together the soup and milk.
    Cook in microwave on High until boiling, stirring every 2 minutes.
    Stir in uncooked rice. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Remove skin and bone from salmon and break into large chunks.
    Add remaining ingredients to soup-rice mixture.
    Mix until combined.
    Cook on High, uncovered, 5 to 7 minutes until heated through, stirring after 3 minutes. Top with French fried onions.
    Cook on High 1 minute.
    Makes 6 servings.
