3 Tbsp. butter
2 onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. rosemary, dried
1/4 tsp. basil, dried
1/4 tsp. oregano, dried
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper (black)
2 c. Swiss cheese (8 oz.), grated
1 c. bread crumbs
5 medium potatoes (2 lb.)
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet; add onions and garlic.
Cook until tender, without browning.
Reserve.
Heat milk, rosemary, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Reserve.
Combine cheese with bread crumbs.
