Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 medium onion
    3 tsp. butter
    2 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    grains of pepper
    mustard (small amount)
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    cheese
Preparation
    Cook cabbage and onion together; drain.
    Mix in skillet the butter, flour, salt, pepper and mustard.
    After sauce has thickened, add milk and beaten egg.
    Alternate cabbage sauce and cheese in casserole dish.
    End with bread crumbs on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
