Sweet Potato Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (No. 3) can sweet potato
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple

Preparation

Beat all together.
Butter baking dish.
Place 1/2 mixture in dish.
Dot with marshmallows and then add remaining mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Dot with marshmallows and replace in oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
