Chocolate Loaf Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. cocoa
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. milk
Preparation
    Cream butter and shortening with sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time and blend well after each one.
    Sift together dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Pour batter into a greased or floured loaf pan.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Frost or eat plain.
