White Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. coarsely chopped white chocolate
1/2 c. hot water
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. soft oleo
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

In top of double boiler, melt chocolate in water.
Cool.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Cream the oleo and sugar.
Add eggs. Blend well.
Add melted chocolate.
Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk.
Add vanilla.
Fold in pecans and coconut.
Pour in 2 round pans, greased and lined with waxed paper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
