Diabetic Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 oz.) cans tuna in water
1 c. croutons
2 eggs
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 c. peas
3/4 c. skim milk
Preparation
-
Beat the eggs and milk together.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Bake in the microwave on Roast or Level 5 for 18 to 20 minutes or until the center is firm. Stir every 5 minutes while baking.
