Pineapple Cheese Ball(Appetizers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, crushed pineapple, one cup of pecans, onion, green pepper and seasoned salt until mixed well.
    Chill until firm.
    Shape into ball.
    Roll ball in remaining pecans. Garnish with parsley, sliced pineapple or cherries.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
    Reshape remaining ball for use again.
    May be frozen.
    Serves 15.
