Hot Pepper Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 Tbsp. celery salt
1 Tbsp. red pepper
1/2 c. salt
1/2 c. ground cumin seed
1/2 c. black pepper
chicken halves or quarters
Preparation

Marinate chicken 6 to 8 hours in vinegar; roll in seasoning ingredients listed.
Baste while cooking with butter.
This can be done in the oven, but is much better slow cooked on the grill.
