Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. elbow macaroni
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheese (mild or sharp Cheddar)
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Cook macaroni.
Meanwhile, in saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Remove from heat.
Blend in flour, salt, mustard and pepper.
Return to heat.
Add milk gradually, stirring constantly until sauce thickens slightly.
Add 1/2 cup cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
Drain macaroni.
Combine cheese and macaroni in a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Mix well.
Sprinkle bread crumbs and paprika over top and remaining cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
