Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 small onion
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Peel and grate potatoes and onion.
    Let stand 10 minutes. Drain away liquid.
    Stir in eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto hot well-greased skillet.
    Brown on both sides.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve hot.
