Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. water
    3 scallions, chopped
    4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    18 oz. lean flank steak
Preparation
    In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients except steak.
    Add steak.
    Seal bag, squeezing out excess air; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
    Remove steak from marinade.
    Grill or broil steak, turning once, until medium.
    Heat marinade to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Serve with steak.
