Gooseberry Pie(Famous!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
3 heaping Tbsp. all-purpose flour
4 c. gooseberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Preparation

Blend together until smooth.
Add gooseberries and mix well. Pour into 8-inch pie shell and cover with pie crust.
Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0, then 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until top is browned.
