Mexican Wedding Cookies(Polvorones) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl.
    Mix in flour, vanilla and pecans.
    Shape dough into balls.
    Place on greased cookie sheet and press lightly.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Roll warm cookies in confectioners sugar.
    Cool and roll again in confectioners sugar.
