Broccoli And Mushrooms In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen whole broccoli spears, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms, stems removed, or 2 (4 oz. each) jars mushroom caps, drained
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. white wine
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 tsp. snipped chives
    3 Tbsp. chopped cucumber (optional)
Preparation
    Place hot, cooked broccoli in a 2-quart casserole.
    Cover. Set aside.
