Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. warm water
    5 1/2 c. flour
    3 eggs
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. original Ranch dressing mix
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients and let cool, then mix yeast, sugar nd water.
    Add yeast mixture to milk and beat well, then add 2 cups flour.
    Beat in 3 eggs, one at a time.
    Now add final 3 1/2 cups flour.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Spread dough out on cookie sheet and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Mix together in bowl cream cheese, mayonnaise and dressing mix.
    Spread on top of cooled dough.
    Top with your choice of freshly cut vegetables. Cut and serve.
    It is also good with shredded Cheddar cheese.
