Best Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, mix cocoa and sugar well; then add milk. Bring to a boil and cook 4 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
    Let stand 15 minutes; then beat 9 minutes or until creamy.
    Let stand for 15 minutes, or until desired thickness.
    Then spread on cake.
