Cheesy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast fillets
    4 slices ham, thinly sliced
    4 slices Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing croutons, crushed
    Parmesan cheese
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Pound out each chicken breast with meat mallet as flat as possible.
    On top of each chicken breast place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of Mozzarella cheese.
    Start at the small end and roll tightly, put 2 toothpicks through to hold.
    Dip each breast in egg, then in crouton crumbs.
    Sprinkle each roll with Parmesan cheese, or add cheese to crouton crumbs.
    Melt 1/2 of butter in bottom of baking dish.
    Lay rolls in dish.
    Melt rest of butter and pour over chicken rolls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, then turn breasts over and bake for another 1/2 hour or until browned.
