Pineapple Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
    Beat egg with vanilla and butter.
    Add to dry mixture.
    Add baking soda to pineapple.
    Stir into mixture.
    Add nuts and raisins.
    Mix all together.
    Bake in greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
