Ti'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck tomatoes
    1 bunch celery
    4 large onions
    5 green peppers
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 large can tomato paste
    4 basil leaves
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Simmer for 4 hours.
    To can, put in pint jars and process 8 minutes at 5 pounds pressure or use hot water bath for 15 minutes. Makes 15 pints.
