Lefsenorwegian Flat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, cooked and mashed
    flour
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes as you would to serve, with milk and butter.
    Cool.
    Mix with sufficient flour to roll out.
    Roll about 1/4 c. of mixture thinly to about the size of pie crust.
    Fry on dry grill.
