Sausage Grits Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot bulk sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. raw grits (not quick)
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage and onion; drain. Cook grits according to directions. Combine sausage, grits, cheese, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
