Ingredients

1 qt. milk
1 qt. water
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. raw rice
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook milk, water and rice on top of stove for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Beat sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla.
Pour into rice mixture and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour into serving bowl and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Chill and serve.
