Nalisniki(Lithuanian Crepes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    pat of melted butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Batter will be thin. Pour just enough batter into a
    heated, buttered skillet to cover the bottom.
    Turn when edges of crepe pull away from the pan and it bubbles up. After crepe is cooked on both sides, remove from skillet.
