Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bag carrots
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 stick melted oleo
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook and mash carrots.
    Mix with all the other ingredients and place in a buttered casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
