Pineapple Mojito - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 ice cubes
2 Tbsp. diced fresh pineapple
2 oz. Bacardi rum
1 oz. lime juice
1 oz. pineapple juice
2 tsp. sugar to taste
Preparation

Place ice and pineapple in a cocktail shaker and pour rum, lime juice and pineapple juice over. Add the sugar. Shake to combine. Chill. Pour the mixture into a tall, narrow glass and serve immediately.
