Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 c. milk, maybe more
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add enough milk to make a soft dough. Knead lightly, about 1 minute. Roll out dough; cut biscuits.
    Bake on lightly greased pan at 425\u00b0 about 12 to 15 minutes.
