    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites
    1 large egg
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    6 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
