Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft butter or margarine
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Mix butter, 2 cups flour and powdered sugar.
Pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Sift granulated sugar, 4 tablespoons flour and baking powder.
Add eggs and lemon juice.
Spread over crust.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Frost with powdered sugar frosting using lemon juice instead of water.
