Barbecue Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. catsup
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop onion and brown in oil.
    Add to onion the catsup, sugar, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 1/2 hour.
    This makes enough for 2 pounds of chopped ham.
    Heat thoroughly after adding meat.
    Serve on fresh buns.
