Olive Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Blue cheese
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. olives, well drained and chopped
1 Tbsp. snipped chives
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Blend cream cheese, Blue cheese and butter, then stir in chives and olives.
Chill slightly.
Form into a ball.
Chill well.
Press walnuts over outside of ball.
Serve surrounded with assorted crackers.
Makes 3 cups.
