No-Fat-Added-Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
    vegetable cooking spray
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    3/4 c. nonfat buttermilk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Rinse chicken; blot dry with paper towel. Coat nonstick baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
    In shallow dish, combine cheese, bread crumbs and seasonings.
    Into another shallow dish, pour buttermilk.
    Dip chicken into buttermilk until coated, then roll in crumb mixture to coat. Arrange chicken on baking sheet.
    Bake until crisp and golden brown, about 35 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
