Speed Bake Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Speed Bake Yeast Ferment
    1 beaten egg
    grated rind and juice of 1/4 lemon
    flour (to make soft dough)
Preparation
    In morning cream together the butter, sugar and salt.
    Add beaten egg and lemon.
    Sift and measure 3 cups flour into mixing bowl.
    Blend Yeast Ferment with flour, then add sugar mixture. Knead into a smooth soft dough.
    Let rise until doubled.
    Roll or pat until 1/2 inch thick.
    Place in shallow buttered pan.
    Brush top with melted butter.
    Let rise until doubled.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Bake about 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
