Economy Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cocoa (heaping)
5 Tbsp. salad oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water

Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients together into a large bowl.
Make a hole in the middle and pour in oil, vinegar, vanilla and water. Beat until smooth.
Pour into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch square pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
